PRIVACY NOTICE The Reidel Insurance Agency, Inc. makes every effort to protect the privacy of its clients and of those who request insurance quotes. Thus, it is our long-standing practice to share personal and/or business information only with insurers and their underwriters, during the quoting process, and as required after policy issuance. In addition, at your request, we shall provide information regarding policies issued to you through our agency, to sources such as mortgage companies, lienholders/loss payees, and those requesting Certificates of Liability Insurance or Evidence of Property Insurance. Such information will not be provided to any other person or party, unless authorized by you. As part of the underwriting and quoting process, we may order certain reports from consumer reporting agencies, bearing on your credit worthiness, credit standing, credit capacity, claims history, character, general reputation, personal characteristics, or mode of living. A typical report would include a motor vehicle record, a credit report, a claims history report, or any combination of these, as applicable. If adverse underwriting action is taken as a result of these reports, we will be legally obligated to so advise you, and to give you the name, address, and telephone number of the applicable reporting consumer agency.
